My job right now (The PA Olympics)
is as a driver, shuttling Clients to and from set, plus the normal PA stuff during the down time.
The next 4 days will officially be the PA Olympics, with events including-
-The 200 meter double sandbag dash
-The static Diddy cart lift
-40oz Coffee Mug curls
-Smoker’s triathlon (I have had many questions about this event so heres the breakdown)
1.only smokers are allowed to enter
2.carry a folding plastic table to where lunch will be
3.drop table, pickup 2 directors chairs
4.make it back to the support cube
This all must be completed with a cigarette in your mouth.
(Extra points awarded for)
-The cigarette being lit
-Lighting cigarette in a creative manner (i.e. hailing down another PA to light it while running loaded down with sandbags
-Carrying more than 2 sandbags at once using shoulders
